WINGS SUPPORT
The weight of the wings is supported by a customized truss that provides enough structural strength and fixes them to the airplane fuselage.
WINGS CORE
Triangles are used as well in the core of wings as a inner skeleton and in the airplane body to fix the tail.
TRIANGLES
The only geometric shape that can not be deformed by applying force is the triangle. This property is used to implement light structures of high structural strength as the truss.
This LEGO airplane design has an accurate structural design. The use of triangles has been carefully planned in order to achieve the best structural strength. So, triangles have been used intensively, enabling a very rigid model.
